AEROPLAST Sensitive Silicone Small Patches 3.8 x 3.8cm - Box of 30

AEROPLAST Sensitive Silicone Dressings provide gentle, effective coverage for minor everyday wounds when skin needs extra care. They are designed for delicate, reactive or ageing skin and help protect small cuts, grazes and superficial wounds in a way that feels soft and considerate. These dressings support everyday first aid in homes, workplaces, schools and care environments where comfort and skin friendliness are especially important.

Each dressing uses a soft silicone adhesive that is engineered to hold securely while helping to minimise trauma on removal. The silicone layer adheres smoothly to the surrounding skin rather than the wound bed, supporting low‑stress changes when dressings need to be replaced regularly. Users who have experienced discomfort or irritation with traditional adhesives can benefit from this gentler approach to everyday wound protection.
