These Instant Heat packs provide instant temporary soothing heat therapy by squeezing the pack to activate it. This is a disposable pack, made out of environmentally friendly products with a base of Sodium Acetate. The pack can reach temperatures of 54° Celsius and can remain at the desired temperature for up to 30 minutes.
