Hey, I’m Charlee. Here at LFA you will usually find me speaking with our customers on the phone or via LiveChat. One of my favourite things about working at LFA First Response, along with the amazing work environment, is the ability we have to help our customers be prepared for when they are in their time of need.
If I had to choose one animal to be my spirit animal it would have to be a Dolphin as they are very smart, driven creatures with a soft, kind, and gentle personality.
On the way to work, you will find me belting out a little carpool karaoke with Bowling for Soup’s 1985 being at the top of my playlist.
