LFA First Response carries a range of wound dressings that are designed to provide optimal conditions for wound healing and prevent contaminants from entering the wound site. We stock wound dressings for a variety of applications including waterproof dressings, post-op dressings, hydrocolloid dots, combine dressings, finger bandages, eye pads and basic dressing packs.

Combine Dressings

We stock a range of combine dressings in a variety of sizes and this is a common wound dressing that is used to control bleeding. They are commonly used by first responders and can be used to stem massive bleeding and serious wounds and can also be used for more minor injuries. Compared to gauze, combine dressings are thick and absorbent to provide wound protection and to prevent infection. Combine dressings can be applied to wounds and secured into place with bandages.

Post-Op Wound Dressings

We also carry post-op dressings which are designed to offer a high level of bacterial protection to prevent infection in vulnerable incision sites following surgery. They are also comfortable to ensure optimal comfort and to prevent unnecessary pain. Not only are our post-operative dressings highly absorbent, but they are also waterproof and flexible for easy application. We carry a range of finger dressings and sterile wound dressings which include a small bandage and absorbent pad to treat minor wounds. These make an excellent addition to the first aid kit for the home, car or workplace.

At LFA First Response, we understand that one size doesn’t fit all. For this reason, we provide customised medical solutions depending on your unique requirements.
